By fast boat to Amalfi and then to Ravello we begin this walk into a corner of Paradise on the Amalfi Coast. From our tour of Ravello we descend to Pontone for lunch and into the Gothic ruins of the 13th century Blacksmith’s Valley. A spectacle of overflowing cascades await us amidst hills and mountain streams. A hidden valley close by enchants in a surprising and dramatic turn of environment as we enter into another age.
Our descent takes to the "Valle dei Mulini", the Valley of the Mills and
into Amalfi (the first Maritime Republic) and its vast historical
importance.
